CREDIT POLICY: New accounts must furnish satisfactory credit references and financial information. All orders are subject to the approval of our Credit Department at toolboxstop.com

PAYMENT TERMS: Our terms are Net 10th Prox. Accounts over 30 days past due are subject to a finance charge of .833% per month (10% annum). All costs and expenses incurred by Seller as a result of nonpayment or delinquent payment by Buyer, including collection costs, interest and reasonable attorney’s fees, (minimum $500.00) shall be paid by Buyer. Our past due accounts are referred to a National Collection Agency. We reserve the right to alter or suspend credit terms whenever Buyer is, in our opinion, not credit worthy. NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED TO DELINQUENT ACCOUNTS. This includes accounts with unpaid Service Charges. Any terms of the Buyer that are inconsistent with these terms will not be binding to the Seller and will not be applicable to the sale or shipment of any merchandise of the Seller. TERMS ARE GOVERNED BY THE INVOICE DATE, NOT BY DATE OF RECEIPT OF MATERIAL OR INVOICE. PAYMENT MUST BE IN U.S. DOLLARS.

CHARGE CARDS: Master Card, Visa, and Pay Pal will be accepted for payment of goods.

QUOTATIONS AND PRICES: Price quotes are based on standard pack quantities. Orders received for quantities other than standard pack multiples will be charged 10% for broken carton charge. This price will supersede prior price quotes. Written and verbal quotes automatically expire 30 calendar days from date issued. Prices are subject to change without notice and orders calling for future delivery will be billed according to the price in effect at the time of delivery.

MINIMUM ORDER: A $5.00 charge will be added to orders having a NET billing value under $100.00. Small order charges are not added to shipments on back orders.

TAXES: The buyer agrees to bear all Federal, State, Local and other taxes.

PROOF OF DELIVERY: There will be a $10.00 charge for furnishing any proof of delivery. This charge will be waived if UPS or motor freight cannot prove delivery.

ORDERS: Orders must be for one shipment to one-destination. Additions to orders cannot be accepted to apply against orders already entered into the computer. Orders will be filled with reasonable promptness. Orders that are placed by 3:00 Central time will be shipped the same day unless otherwise specified.

FREIGHT: Delivery is F.O.B. UPS & Motor Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice total. When shipment value exceeds $100.00, an insurance fee will be added to UPS charges. Articles too large for UPS will be shipped by motor freight.

SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE: In case of shortage or damage, notify at once the delivering transportation agent and file a claim immediately. Any delay may cause you a loss. Do not deduct any shortages or damages from remittance due to Seller.

RETURNED MERCHANDISE: The CUSTOMER must have a prior authorization with a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) before returning merchandise for credit. RGA#’s are valid for 30 days. Acceptance of merchandise is final only after inspection. No RGA#’s will be issued for merchandise over 90 days old. Transportation charges must be prepaid. A 10-25% restocking fee will be charged on approved returns in unopened boxes. A 25% minimum will be charged for tools which have been opened. These must be in original saleable factory carton with all packaging, etc. No credit will be issued for any used tool. Upon receipt of RGA for return on tools, repack all returns in another shipping box for labeling, etc. Special order items cannot be returned for credit. Any returned merchandise received that does not follow or otherwise does not meet this policy, will be returned to the Buyer freight collect. Deduct credit only after receipt of credit memo. No special order item can be cancelled after an order is placed with the factory.

CLOSEOUTS: Closeouts are Great Buys and Prices are Reduced, but All Closeouts are ABSOLUTELY non returnable and NO CREDITS will be given on Closeouts.

WARRANTY: No return will be allowed for used or defective tools. Contact your nearest factory service center for factory warranties. Do not return defective tools to this office unless prior factory authorization has been given. All warranties are governed by factory warranties.
